Shipping Methods
1. Courier Delivery within Russia

• Delivery is carried out by CDEK or Russian Post (at the customer’s choice).
• Delivery time: from 2 to 10 business days depending on the region.
• Cost: from RUB 500 (confirmed at checkout).

2. Pickup from a Collection Point

• Pickup is available from CDEK or Russian Post collection points in your city.
• A convenient option if you are often on the go or would like to collect your order at a time that suits you.
• Delivery time: from 2 business days.
• Cost: from RUB 300 (calculated precisely at checkout).

3. International Shipping

• International delivery is provided by EMS. If you would like to place an order from abroad, please contact our Customer Care, and our manager will arrange payment in your preferred currency and organize delivery to anywhere in the world.

Order Processing Times

• Order processing and packaging take 1–2 business days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on your region and selected shipping method.
• Orders over RUB 15,000 qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to check the status of your parcel in real time.

• Please make sure your contact details are correct when placing your order.
• If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
